Standard Camp Policies

-A parent or guardian of the attending student athlete must attend the beginning of the first day of camp in order to complete the check-in procedure.
-The student athlete must be picked up by his/her parent or guardian at the end of each camp.

- Gilbert Brown Sports, LLC, reserves the right to suspend or terminate the participation of any student athlete if he or she is determined to be acting or behaving in a manner detrimental to the camp’s other student athletes and not consistent with the values of Gilbert Brown Sports, LLC.
- Outdoor camp activities will be moved indoors in the event of inclement weather. Gilbert Brown Sports, LLC, reserves the right to cancel part of all of an entire camp day.
-Refunds or credits will be not be issued for camp days (or portions thereof) canceled due to inclement weather.

-Camp coaches and/or staff will not administer or store medication on behalf of the student athletes.
-Gilbert Brown Sports, LLC, requires all football camp student athletes to be able to self administer any medication when needed. -Student athletes requiring medication must complete and turn in a form regarding self medication prior to the beginning of the camp he/she is registered for.
-By participating in the camp, all parents/guardians of football camp student athletes allow camp staff to administer first aid and take action in the event of an emergency.

- Gilbert Brown Sports, LLC will not compensate student athletes for unattended camp days. Missed camp days from one camp cannot be transferred to other camps or events held by Gilbert Brown Sports, LLC.
- A $100 registration fee will be retained by Gilbert Brown Sports, LLC for cancellation on or prior to May 29th, 2008.
- Gilbert Brown Sports, LLC will retain the full registration fee for cancellations on or after May 30th, 2008.
